The content of this website is provided in good faith to describe the house, its rooms and its surroundings. We keep it accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. Photographs show the actual rooms and grounds.

The written content and photographs on this site belong to Kato Properties Ltd and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Room bookings are made through our booking system, provided by Cloudbeds. The price, the room, the dates and the cancellation terms for your stay are all shown to you before you confirm, and the booking contract incorporates the terms presented at that point. If anything shown at booking differs from this page, what you were shown at booking applies.

Our standard rate includes a full English breakfast and free cancellation up to five days before arrival. The exact cancellation position for your booking is stated when you book.

Where this site shows a from-price beside a room, it is the lowest available nightly rate over the next 90 nights, fetched live from our booking system. Prices change with dates and local events; the price for your stay is always the one shown when you book.

Taking the whole house is arranged by enquiry only. An enquiry, and any indicative figure shown with it, is not a booking; exclusive use is confirmed only when we have agreed dates and terms with you directly and both sides have confirmed in writing.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control.
