Comfortable. clean, spacious hotel, full anti-virus compliance; easy parking, train to Oxford (or London) very close, easy access to Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. Friendly helpful staff; tasty breakfast- even a 'fridge in my room! A very reasonable price for all the facilities.
The hotel is beautifully decorated to a very high standard, the beds are supremely comfortable (I have a bad back so that's important) and the staff are incredibly friendly - the breakfast is also great and done to my unique requirements lol - highly recommend
Excellent stay in this small hotel. Very friendly service, good breakfast, rooms clean and well equipped (love the extra USB chargers by the bed). Some rooms are a more spacious suit, ours was a smaller but still functional double. Ideal location for a visit to Blenheim Palace.
Very happy with our 4-night stay. Comfortable beds. Windows entirely black out, great water pressure, sound not an issue, it was very quiet throughout. Really nice staff who make great food for breakfast, lunch. Would highly recommend and would stay again when in the area.
This is a lovely small hotel. I stayed in an admittedly very small single room, but it had all the features wished for. Good shower, tea making facility, very very clean. The chocolate mint by the bed, an unexpected touch.

What a fantastic little gem this is. Booked in for one night and found it to be rather fantastic with also the surprise of a possible upgraded room. The breakfast was spot on and no trouble at all on the how you liked your eggs. We'll definitely visit again.
Lovely place. Nice little touches. Cake + sweets on arrival. Room had everything you need and staff were lovely. Even had a curry delivered as a lot of pubs were not doing food. Defo would recommend a d stop here agai
Stayed in rooms during my tenure. Both rooms i stayed in was very spacious , well kept and shower was amazing. Very quiet area and the bed was superb.
A wonderful bed and breakfast near Blenheim Palace, ideal for concertgoers. Attentive service, delicious freshly prepared breakfast, and great tips for getting to the concert.
